I have 20 years experience of helping amateur athletes surpass their goals, while still making sure they have quality time available for family, friends and career. As a parent who works for a living, I know how challenging this can be.

My training plans are intelligently designed around a typical work week. I set proven, time-efficient workouts in mid-week, with longer aerobic workouts at the weekends. This gives you the structure and consistency you need to continually improve.

As a professional coach with 20 years experience, Phil (45) works with triathletes, duathletes, cyclists and runners from all over the world. His passion is helping people successfully combine their sport, family-life and career without compromise.

He is the founder of MyProCoach™, one of the world's most popular endurance sports coaching companies. Before that he spent seven years as Coaching Editor of Triathlon Plus Magazine in the UK and has written hundreds of expert features for respected names such as Runners World, TrainingPeaks, IRONMAN and Cycling Plus.

As a working Dad, Phil has completed IRONMAN Barcelona in 8 hours 55 minutes and placed 7th overall at IRONMAN 70.3 UK. He is also a multiple national age group champion in triathlon and duathlon.

He has designed over 900 beginner, intermediate and advanced training plans for the TrainingPeaks store. The training is intelligently scheduled to fit around a busy life - with shorter workouts in the week and longer workouts at the weekends. The plans are broken into specific phases, with targeted sessions that grow your race-skills and confidence. Simple fitness tests are scheduled every 8-weeks, to help you track your progress and get accurate, personalized training zones.

Whenever you have questions about your training plan, Phil and his coaching team are available. You can also access the MyProCoach™ Help Centre, which includes articles and videos to help you train effectively and easily.
